Terms of Use

Last updated: 29 April 2026

This is the website for SAR Studio, a pre-launch product. These terms cover what you can expect from the site and what we expect from you in return. They're written in plain English on purpose.

About this site

SAR Studio (sarstudio.co.uk) is currently a marketing and waitlist site for a product that is still in development. There is no live SAR Studio product yet. Joining the waitlist does not create an account, a subscription, or any contractual obligation on either side. It just means you're interested and we'll let you know when there's something to show.

Who can use it

Anyone can read this site. The product itself is being designed for UK businesses, so the waitlist is intended for people who work at or run a UK business that may receive employee Subject Access Requests. You're welcome to sign up from elsewhere — we'll just be clearer about scope when the product launches.

Not legal advice

Everything on this site, and anything SAR Studio eventually produces, is information and software — not legal advice. Subject Access Requests can be straightforward, and they can also be genuinely complex. If your situation involves litigation, regulatory action, or an unusually high-risk data set, please speak to a qualified solicitor. We'll say this again on the product itself when it exists.

Intellectual property

The text, layout, logo, and design on this site belong to SAR Studio. You're welcome to share links and screenshots — that's the whole point of a public site — but please don't copy substantial parts of it for use elsewhere without asking.

Third-party services

The waitlist form is provided by Tally. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. These services have their own terms and privacy policies, which apply when you interact with them.

What we don't promise

Because this is a pre-launch site, a few honest disclaimers:

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss arising from use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability for things that can't legally be excluded — for example, fraud or death/personal injury caused by negligence.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product takes shape. The "last updated" date at the top of the page will reflect any changes. If you've joined the waitlist and a change materially affects you, we'll email you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
